Women's HERstory Month Events Calendar

The future is female! We are proud to celebrate Women's History Month all throughout March and honor the brilliant women across the world. Y'all are superheroes! Over the next month, we will be hosting a variety of events on campus. Take a look at all of them below. 

Women's HERstory Kickoff Event 

March 7, 11 am - 1 pm -- Pastor Plaza

Join us at Pastor Plaza as we kick off Women's HERstory Month. Come listen to speakers and participate in interactive activities designed to help us celebrate body positivity by addressing the stigmas that surround our bodies and our sex lives.

Women's HERstory Month - K-12 Women in STEM Poster Contest 

Deadline - March 11

One of the (many) ways PC is celebrating Women's HERstory Month is with a K-12 Women in STEM Poster Contest. Design a poster celebrating women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics). Poster and entry materials must be received by March 11. Special Screening of "Hidden Figures" 

March 29, 6 pm - Physical Sciences "C" Building 

On March 29, to cap off our celebrations of Women's HERstory Month, we're thrilled to be showing a special screening of 2016's award-winning film "Hidden Figures." We will also be announcing the winners of our HERstory poster contest! The event begins at 6 pm and will be held in the C building, room 102.
